OUR STORY

Building Nigeria's Infrastructure with Integrity

Harchy Stars Multi-Services Limited is a fully integrated engineering
and construction company incorporated in March 2022 under Nigerian law
(RC 1903793). Headquartered at No. 29 Old Aba Road, Rumuokwurusi,
Port Harcourt, Rivers State, we operate across Nigeria delivering
dredging, civil engineering, water engineering, and infrastructure
solutions for government and private sector clients.

Built on over 40 years of combined management and technical expertise,
our leadership team brings deep knowledge of Nigeria’s infrastructure
sector — from NDDC-funded dredging projects in Delta State to
government road construction contracts in Katsina and Ebonyi States.
Our group structure — comprising Harchy Stars, Karbeks Dredging &
Construction Nig. Ltd —
enables us to function as a complete design-build consortium capable
of executing projects of any scale and complexity.

We are COREN-registered, BPP-compliant, and fully certified for
unlimited federal and state government tenders. Every project we
undertake is delivered with one guiding principle: Doing It Right.
